Hey guys, first post here but I'm definitely not new to this. I recently hurt my shoulder and want to help recover it. I think its my labrum but am not 100% until I get an MRI. My question is would I have to apply to my shoulder for it to be most effective?
Also, what would be the best dosing for joint recovery? Is a low dose better or is it more beneficial to do a higher dose? I was thinking only 20-40mcg/ day but money is not the issue.
