My MC IGF log

I had a deep tissue on upper body and then trained back and it felt fucking great. I never put 2 and 2 together and thought that the massage could've helped. I just thought it was because I had been so relaxed that my muscles weren't tight going into the workout
 
Hey Im here, things are still going great. Chest is looking better. May up the dose in two weeks and apply it 4 times a day. Well, Im thinking about it.

Hey why not if you can do it, then do it. I know a couple pros who do it five times a day but they also blow through 1 bottle every 2 days lol.

I got a little crazy during my prep last year and to make up for my over dieting and massive loss of muscle I was doing 300mcg per workout. It was awesome! I can only imagine how well I would've done if I actually consumed enough calories and kept my muscle.
 
If I remember right (and I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong), but I think nuk nuk was up to 400mcg a day last year. I've used 100mcg a day, but I didn't really see much difference between 80 and 100 so I'm sticking at 80 now
 
Guys I have been dealing with a head cold since Thursday, so been feeling bad and havent used the IGF since. Hopefully tomorrow I will wake up feeling better and get back on track.
 
That sucks, but I guess it's that time of year, hopefully this is the only time you get sick this time around

Head colds are the worse for me, the pressure is unbearable!
 
I hate head colds too. My wife says I'm a big FU_____ Baby when I'm sick. Shes right of course. Glad your back on trac with training Nuk.

I always forget which my Dr said I could train through bacterial or virus. I just go if I feel my strength is unaffected. I will say training with a head cold and using the ephedrine and preworkout supps has me blowing and coughing up brown stuff relentlessly. I'm a total baby when it comes to these too. They are ROUGH!

LOL< yeah My wife says Im a big bitch too when im sick and I know I am, why is it women are tougher when it comes to getting sick,lol. I guess its the whole birthing babys thing,lol
