Yeah i would do the IGF-1 lr3 pre workout, and then take the slin post workout followed by massive amounts of nutrients! Thats a sure fire way of gaining good quality muscle mass!
This is how i would do it:
IGF-1 lr3 45 minutes prior to training, followed by complex carbs and some simple carbs. I eat loads of oatmeal right after my igf and before the gym. Then while training, you will wanna sip on a 50/50 carb/protein drink throughout your workout. Then Post workout take your humalog and force as much protein in as possible of course with more carbs, which are generally 10 grams of carbs per 1. i.u. of insulin. Though I've never taken humalog , I've done this with humalin R
