Hi all
I spoke to a specialist doctor who said my bones are a bit weak so the ‘bodybuilding’ life for me is probably not wise for my body type / structure. He suggested I stick to a swimmer type build instead and focus more on cardio vs hardcore weights. Given my experience on gear these past few years I am tempted to take his advice.
What I wanted to understand is if I drop the gear completely (on test/tren) and take a low dose of HGH or similar would that be good? Money to sustain this isn’t an issue. I just want to also look healthy, be healthy, and still look sexy enough for the ladies haha.
I did HGH with test for about 6 months before (a few years back). My skin was great, sleep was great, strength was good, seemed like I was loosing fat and maintaining size/muscle, but then stopped because I moved and couldn’t source good stuff anymore. I also remember I didn’t have all the libido and what not issues when on HGH vs when I have been on roids in general. I should have other negative ‘sides’ on HGH right eg organs overgrows or something.
Sticking to a clean diet is not an issue, just wanted to better understand the plan recommended going forward.
