how many times should you work out a muscle a week and is it ok to work on some twice a week if thats my weak areas. This is my work out right now i want to keep getting size but still continue to lose weight.
monday chest,ticeps and serretus abs
tuesday back,biceps and forarms
wednesday shoulders,traps and delts abs
thursday quads,hams and calves
friday i would like to add lagging parts here such as serretus,abs,
lower pecks and forearms.
saturday off
sunday off
Im also adding next monday- friday cardio 30- 45 mins on an elipptical trainer " i have a bad knee" i have 6 weeks left in my gear 2ml of 300 test and 1ml of 300 dec getting good size even though my body fat percentage went down 10 percent at 30 percent now. i weigh 240 at 5'10 i would like to get to 210 to 220 with under 14 percent body fat. is this a realistic goal to set ......please suggest any changes you would do ... i need all the help i can get.
