I am intending to write part II of "secret agent". I can see the "lazy" article was not of interest. So what would you guys want to read about? Below I have suggested a few, but, with time, I can write about other topics.

Working as a bouncer.
Estrogen blockers.
Home alone workouts.
Explosive power building.
 
working as a bouncer could be very entertaining, lets not bore our readers to death with soley fitness info each month, lets get some good entertaining, funny reading in there bro, and i apreciate ur last two articles i thought they were great!
 
I dunno, I would love to hear about power building in hopes that i may learn something new.

I wirked for bar as a bouncer for 1 year and half so i dont need to hear about that, but thats just me.
 
Thanks. I can do as many as 4 articles even 1 or 2 that I am not prepared for now if I know in time what to study, but I really would like a heads up on what people are interested in.
 
the power liftin one sounds awesome..but many might find the bouncer one entertainin..
 
Not power lifting....explosive power. More akin to cabor tossing, stone tossing, right cross, or clean and jerk.
Basically it would be the old exercises we used for wrestling, boxing, shotputting and hammer throwing from the 70's to create the most power in a single output.
Powerlifting is a much more controlled speed type of training.

No problem. I am not up on powerlifting and their present day lifting suits. Actually I lost all interest when they started using the suits.

Post about power movements, if they only knew how much strentgh and size they could add if they would incoporporate it into their routines they would thanks you, ALOT. C'mon, do it, do it.

almost certain: 2nd part secret agent., 1st part being a bouncer. (Albeit I have included most of this in a previous series of posts.)
Fairly certain: Basic exercises to build explosive power; Followed later by advanced (definitely not for the novice or the careless).
I will start on my first 2 on 12th of November. Probaly finish both by the 13th.
Thanx for the pms on secret agent. I will answer most of the questions in the second article as a cleanup of the first. Those questions I am unable to answer I have already sent you guys a pm.

How about telling us what you want to read and who you want to write it?
3 votes in 2 days to me indicate little or no interest in my suggested output or my output in general, but mayhap you have something you would like to read by someone else.

Good one QB. But lets make that supplements and herbals in general. Having done unorgansied research for myself in this area I already know it is a major undertaking. I get 2 weeks off in december so lets save it for January..OK?
