Curious about what others use as filler.

Have been dabbling in making my own oils, and have been looking at making some capsules. What are some of the preferred fillers that some of you have been using, and if you don’t mind saying why you prefer your filler over another option you might have tried but didn’t like. Thanks for any information in advance. And if I missed a post on this I apologize.
