Underdosed product

I put a lot of effort into getting all the calculations right... used the powders calculator and about 10% more powders than the supposed dose. Just got the product tested, and the testosterone enanthate is 200mg instead of 250mg, and the EQ is 200mg instead of 300mg. I used stericupfilters with an additional filter... and I'd usually end up with about 10% less product than I put in (which I realize is quite weird).

I really don't think my powders supplier is screwing me, but I don't really know where I am messing up either. So what's going on?

how about your procedure lets look at the and the solvent percents. Also if you question your powders do a melting point test.

Well, it did test to be what I was expecting, so I'm not doubting what it is, but rather why it's not 98-99% powders, but rather about 30% underdosed.

Procedure: Mix BA (2%), BB (20%), powders and oil, all according to http://absinth.greatnow.com/calcpowder2.html in a beaker. Stir, heat a bit till it dissolves. Put into stericup filter that has 2 membranes in it, create a vacuum and wait a couple of hours until the filtering is done. Pour into a few 100ml vials while keeping sterility (I'm not dead yet:)).

The thing is, I always seem to end up with about 10% less than I'm supposed to, and the tested product is 20-30% less mg/ml than it's supposed to be.

I wouldn't combine tham all at once. add the solvents and the powder first and allow that to mix thoughly. If you have access to a stir/hot plate, they are very useful in ensuring adequate mixing. Also, why are you using two membrane filters? What kinda membranes are you using, you need to make sure that they of a low protein binding material. About lossing the 10% that comes with the terittory of transfering containers, you never get it all out. I always make 10 mls extra to compensate.

Bro, was this testing expensive? Would you mind pm me with the lab that did this testing, I myslef might be interested in doing this, I have always wanted to compare a few different home brewing methods to see how much they differ.
