Eh I would wash with anti bacterial dish soap them rinse really well. Then I put them in, sorry I can't think of the name of the machine right now all's it is, is a jewelry cleaner that sends little impulse waves to get jewelry clean but I fill it with 91% isopropyl alcohol and run it a couple times then I pour out the alcohol and let them dry in the rack that it comes with. If someone knows what I'm talking about please post the name. I think its just an ultrasonic cleaner. The 91% IPA will kill off everything after being washed in antibacterial soap and I also give them a rinse in ba to prevent the growth of new bacteria when I'm done and never in 15 years or so have ever had an issue and you really don't need to rinse in ba either but use non latex rubber gloves to handle them. I pour IPA on the gloves, just a little before I touch them. You want to hear you bottles after basically doing the same process of washing rinsing all soap the soak in 91% IPA, then I use a toaster oven to heat bottles at 350F for 35 minutes then let them cool inside the oven then I immediately put a rubber stopper and cap on them as soon as I pull them out. No matter what you do air is going to touch it but its fine. Then when my solution is ready I use my pippettes to fill from media bottle and transfer the the smaller bottled I just use new gloves on a clean surface with paper towel down and flip the cap and stopper off without touching the stopper if I can but the gloves I have are clean and sterile each time and fill them the re cap and crimp.
