Well it has ephedra extract, but I'm not too sure how this compares to actual ephedra. If your prone to anxiety/panic attacks you may want to avoid this because of the yohimbine. Also, if your taking any type prescription antidepressants be aware this product contains 5-htp. This may cause a condition called serotonin syndrome.
Just stick to the good old ECA stack.yellow snow liked this post

Fat Burners have been pretty neutered in the past decade or so. Nothing for the most part is going to make you lose fat, maybe it speeds up your metabolism a slight bit, helps you burn a little teeny bit of fat, more than anything what a fat burner is going to do for you its going to suppress your appetite, normally through stims and maybe something like African Mango, it's also hopefully going to provide you with some extra energy so that you're more likely to be active which is what really helps burn fat. Lipodrene I'd say is probably the most popular fat burner on the market right now. If you don't feel like shelling out for a whole bottle you can get a 20ct for $8.95 which should be good for about 3 weeks to try it out. Hi-Tech Lipodrene w/Ephedra 20 Tabs — Best Price Nutrition
