Hello- I was recently diagnosed as hypothyroid. I was put on Cytomel 5mcg twice a day. I spin 4 times per week and weight lift twice per week. I am carrying around an extra 25 pounds that I can not shake. I have gotten fit in the past year - going from size 10 to 6 - wihtout any fat loss. SO the fat has to come off to see any muscles etc. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do this. I was told about the cycling thing - but am a bit afraid of that. ALthough lab tests show that the T3 is now in the right range- I am still very cold all the time, can't shake the weight, and have alow temp & blood pressure. So - you know how doctors are- (even though I am one) - they tend to treat the labsheet and overlook the patient shivering in front of them
