Peter Md Experience

Just got off a zoom meeting with a Dr at Petermd. Very seamless set up. I paid 6mo in advance for test/anti e and supplies. Ended up right about $600. They aim for high 900s low 1000s on T levels. Host of " add on" that you can purchase. Weight loss, B12, anavar, clomid style stuff, etc. I uploaded blood work that I had done on my own and had to sign a bunch of waivers of course. I wasnt a fan of dropping $600 right away but I guess we cant have everything we want in life. My T was only 390 so they may up my prescription, which I am sure will be an upcharge. We didnt discuss that. Ill keep updating this as I go thru the process.

Thats awesome though man! $600 is a cheap price for having peace of mind knowing your not breaking any laws!

So everything showed up today but they sent 2-20ml vials of cyp. My wife is a pharmacist, and she said once the rubber is punctured, there is no way to prove the efficacy after 28 days let alone the 3 months they want me to use each vial. I sent them an email and I guess we'll see what they say. It even says to use within 28 days of opening. 10ml vial might be a better idea for them. Besides that, it was packaged great and overall very happy. Used the 30ga they sent...that will be the last time i do that. I have some 25ga I'll use moving forward.

They told me to pound sand in a nice way. I guess 10ml bottles would cut into the profit margin. I do wonder how they have a month to month plan and what they send to those customers? It would have to be a 10ml bottle. Im not bothered by their response. TRT is a business, I get it. Ignoring the efficacy of testosterone after the bottle is punctured is part of the business. I'd feel better with 10ml bottles rather than 20s. Overall, I am very happy with Peter Md. I'm just sharing how they work. Anyone who is using them on a monthly basis feel free to reach out to me on here or PM as to how they do the dosaging.

Oddly enough I have been sick since I started my injects 2 weeks ago. One thing isn't related to another, just odd timing. Anyway, because of this I have only worked out twice. Somehow I have gained 6lbs in 2 weeks??? No idea whats going on?

So Im still gaining weight. I have gained 10lbs in about 4.5 weeks. I haven't changed my diet, which is low carb/low sugar/ very low processed foods. I fall short about every day on my protein goals. I supplement with Athletic Greens, creatine 10mg daily, vitamin D,and a bevy of 1 Phorm products. I also cold plunge every morning for 3 min(this will change your life if you dont already do this). I feel good, and my wife says I look more fit but dang...10lbs?

Next week, Im getting blood work done at my PRP and have my yearly physical the week after. Im going to call and request them to add total test ,free test , free t3,estradiol, and cbc levels. I know my doc will call me and tell me these arent " normal" tests. At that point, we will have the TRT discussion, which im not sure what he will think of. I like him as a doc but I dont think he is going to be very open minded. I dont understand how many docs will write out a script in a sec for a statin or anything else when your levels are out of " normal" range but when it comes to Test, its not even tested for or discussd as a possible problem for a host of issues that a patient could have. I know insurance companies run everything, but it would be nice to get preventative care instead of reactive card which is how 99% of the health care system works now. Anyway,it will be interesting to see where all my levels are after 12 weeks of test therapy.

Requested the added labs, and it took about 45 min for Dr's Nurse to call me. She asked why, and I told her that I have been on test therary for 12 weeks and i thought it a good idea to get new lab work. Surprisingly she said that it was a good idea. So far so good.

Test was 390 12 weeks ago. It is now 843. I guess my stuff isnt bunk..lol. I dropped 37 points off my cholesterol and 31 from my triglycerides since last year. I eat a lot of meat and fat and keep carbs low. All the meat haters say I should have high lipids... more false propaganda by left wing grass eaters.

How often do others on TT get bloodwork done? What do you get done?

So PRP refused to order the rest of blood(total test, t3 ,free teat estradiol etc) work saying he " wasnt going to order bloodwork that he couldnt decipher) I was furious. All i wanted was to compare my initial bloodwork to 12 weeks later of being on TT. So I had to order it thru Peter Md which was $260. Then Monday it will be another $300 to get the labs actually drawn. I dont understand how a Dr. can have their patients best interest in mind and refuse to do a blood panel to be proactive to possible issues. They have no problem ordering mindless labs that literally tell you nothing, but ask for something outside of the Dr playbook and God forbid. He sent a referral to an endocrinologist, so hopefully, he will be more on point with bloodwork. Rant off...

Got updated blood work and what a difference a day makes. My previous T was 843 and that was 96hrs since last shot. My new T was 1187!!! That was 72 hrs after last shot. I will say they wanted me to do .4ml Mon and Thursdays, but to keep it more on an even keel was doing .4 every 4 days. So .8ml 1 week and 1.2ml the next. Anyway, the 1187 is waaaayyyy too high, so I think I'll go back to their recommendations of .4 on Monday and Thursday. I guess maybe they know more than me. Just a word to the wise to anyone doing TRT, get bloodwork and if you are using a place that doesnt require it, then you need to move on. They want your money and do not care about your overall health.

Okay, now I just did 2nd order. $617 gets you 6 months' supply of Test and supplies. I also got Anastrozole with that as I am prone to the man teets. The Test doseage to last 6mos is .4ml 2X week. Thats 2 10ml bottle over 6 months. Thats 160mg a week. Nothing to sneeze at. I can see a lot of vascularity in my arms, especially, now after being on TT for 6 months. As always, you need to eat clean and hit the weights..Test isn't a cure all as some would have you believe. After a couple bumps in the road Peter Md has been a good experience. Im still going to try to find a local endocrinologist, but until then, PeterMd it is. Hope this helps for anyone looking at TT.
