Yeah, I put on a considerable amount of weight. I spoke to a nutritionist/health coach the other day and she told me that it could be a situation where the increased testosterone levels and muscle mass along with more activity than usual Im most likely in a caloric deficit. So, my body is in famine mode and slowing my metabolism down. She said I should go a reverse diet and consume more calories as long as they are clean.
