The 2023 Official Strongman Games continued at the Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, WV, on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, and it was an important day for the athletes. By the end of the fourth event, divisions were reduced to the top 10, which competed on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023.

Day two started with the Kabuki Strength Deadlift Ladder. The competitors had one minute to perform five deadlifts of increasing weight for each rep. Competitors could only put the weight down when the judge gave the down command. Lifting straps and deadlift suits were allowed. Athletes who completed all five reps in the fastest time was deemed the winner. If no athlete locked out all five reps, then the competitor who scored the most reps in the fastest time was awarded a higher rank.
