Alright. Unfortunately there was another spike in weight today. I didn't catch it until AFTER I did my Follistatin. I am up another 2lbs. I would've liked for it to have stayed the same and have no idea how it jumped. I had a couple chips with avocado last night and two pieces of pizza today. Other than that the diet has been exactly the same....
Well on to the Follistatin and MC IGF log!! Time to put it all together!!
To close this thread on a summary.... I've used 100mcg of GHRP2 AND 100mcg CJC w/o DAC 4-5 times a day since the beginning of this thread. Total weight gained is right at 9lbs with no change in diet and no reduction in cardio

Is there any benefit to injecting sub-q vs Im? or does it not matter?

I prefer IM. I feel it hits harder and is more predictable. Sometimes sub Q injects leave little welts on me
