Any members of the Cherokee or Choctaw tribes on here? Namely Oklahoma territory.

I know her mom, egg donor, lives in Miami, OK. Which I guess is where the tribe resides.

We were going to register, but I still haven't done it. My mom might have, but I'm not sure. We had to wait to get her grandfather's roll number or some such, because he was full-blood Cherokee.

I'm an 1/8th Cherokee. My grandfather and his sister looked straight off the reservation. I have the cheek bones and in the summer I get dark as hell. But that's about all I got from that part of the family.

I'm 1/8 Cherokee but I've been having a hard time registering. My grandmother was full blooded but didn't register on the rolls so I'm looking for another way to prove it so I can register.

The thing about being cherokee in the Appalachians is you can be black, or white , or red , and all be cousins, lmao.

My ancestors are on the Dawes but I have not applied yet. I have blood confirmation too. I don't want to join the eastern tribes, they are stingy about it because of the gambling money involved.

You have to do what I am doing. You have to find some cousins on the res and take a DNA test. My DNA test confirms that a large percentage is NA but I need to compare it to a family member.

My wife gets $2000 per year on a HSA card for medical expenses. Anytime they sue the government we get a check lol

I was under the impression if they were on the Dawes roll then you are confirmed and it's easy to register.

I have to provide all the links though to the ancestors on the Dawes. Even though I am named after them lol, I still have to prove I am a blood descendant. Either by comparing to some one already known or by having the paper trail.

damn, never would have guessed we had that many Tonto mofos here lmao damn!!!

Anyone wanna open a casino with me lol,

my wife is 7/8ths cherokee from virginia, but gets no recognition, because her grandfather married an indian outside the tribe. go figure on that. then of course the building that house all the records, birth certificates, etc burned downed, effectively erasing evidence of belonging as well.
thus they were basically disowned. me, i didn't pay it no nevermind, cause i'm a heinz 57, lol, mostly german.
you could say we're all related once we go back to noah, or even adam and eve.
