I've done it. I made about 1,000 ml of it from SciFit Pure MCT Oil from bodybuilding.com. The oil was $16.98. I added 1% BA (10 ml total) that cost me about $5. That brand of oil was so clean, I was able to run all 1,000 ml of it through a single .45 Whatman filter! I spent $4 for the filter. Total, I spent about $26 for my SEO. That's about 1/40 of the cheapest price I've seen premade SEO sell for.
As to how well it works, I've used about 200 ml of it so far. It is pain free. Mixed 50%/50% with my 150 mg/ml test prop, the test prop becomes pain free. I've used it in my medial deltoids and both heads of my biceps, so far. I use between 1.5 and 3ml (depending on whether or not I'm also injecting something else like test prop or tren in the same syringe) in each about EOD. I've had no problems with infection. The MCT oil is so much thinner than the other oils, like sesame or grape that you usually use in gear, that it flows through a 27g needle without problem.
I started using it, because I had made no gains in the weight I can curl in the past 10 years even though my bench has gone-up 30% and squats about 10% over the same period of time. I'm hoping the SEO will stretch the muscle fascia. I think I'm making some progress, because I'm now doing three additional reps from my usual. Of course, that could be psychosomatic or coincidence, so take my experience with a grain of salt. My arms (as measured across the peak of my bicep) are now about 1/4" larger in diameter. As you can tell by the small gains and smaller amounts I'm using, I'm using it for the long haul to help muscle development by stretching the fascia. I'm not using it to temporarily inflate my muscles like some others do.
