If one is taking Prop/tren/winny, 8 weeks in total length, when would you want to add IGF to the mix?
If it creates new muscle cells and you want anabolics to help those cells mature, would it need to be at the beginning?
The reason i ask is that some have said to use it during PCT and others while you're on AAS.
What is the best way and how much? 30mcg/day enough?
