I agree with everyone who say in the Am after a shower.
first you test levels are lower in the Am and the insulin levels are low too. if you inject in the AM the levels will peak faster with some high glycemic carbs for breakfast you will definately notice that difference. If fina gives you the coughs do it and then leave the house for a while until it goes away then return. Sounds like a lot of people get coughs from it, however i dont. But In the am is always better. i would not work the bodypart you injected into either I have had bad experiences with that.. can we say hurt like a motha!! Some of you may disagree but thats just my 2 cents...
