Yes of course with good diet and cardio as well as a good work out. Why not!
i will say that mid life spread is hard to shift and them love Handles are a bitch to get rid of. But a wash board stomach is achievable with the right motivation.
I'm about to up mine as well to burn off a little love handle fat but damn it's hard with the tren. I'm about to pass out after 20 min of fast walking and I'm completely soaking wet.
Im also on a mission. Hitting cardio hard lately. Got a bit of a wrist injury so making the most of my down time light weights and loads of cardio. I'm down to about 195. Lost a bit to much of muscle mass but I expect that. Got a good 4 pack and can see a 6 pack when I flex. Just these love handles are a real bitch to move. Start my next cycle next month. So hoping to put that lost mass straight back on.
ECA on a daily and cutting my carbs to 1-2 meals a day except on leg day lots of HITT. WORKS FOR ME. just need to watch my heart rate as it can tend to shoot up with ECA and HITT
