Can't keep a pump

When I am low on carbs during precontest, I find that I really can still get a great pump if I am drinking at least 1.5-2 gallons water per day. Remember, your muscles are 70 % water. Also, you should still be eating plent of sodium 5 weeks out from a show. The body needs 2-3 grams for muscles to get good contractions and pumps. You don't need to be concerened with sodium until the last week. Also, I don't know if you are using AAS at all, but EQ and susp give me crazy pumps. If you are a la natural, try Twinlabs Vanadyl Fuel, I get great pumps from that. I ahve heard good things about NO2 by MRI, but haven't tried that yet
