hey guys : well i am just starting my second month on IGF-1 (one on, one off, now back on) and i was wondering ... my first month i was trying to get cut, and was on low carb diet (pre and post w/o)
what is the general consensus on the amount of carbs? i want to utilize this to the fullest potential but dont want to add the fat that i've lost the last couple of months ... from experience, what would you guys recommend?
5'11" 200 lbs. its pretty easy for me to put on fat
