Hey Landon. Starting at 8 weeks out I am doing 45 minutes first thing am and 45 minutes pm after training. I only weight train 5 days per week but I do the cardio split 7 days a week. The last couple days I drop it to 30 mins am 30 mins pm. Last day of cardio is Wednesday am only if my show is on Saturday. I start before the 8 weeks as well but not as much, I will post in my log when I start getting ready.
