Welcome to MC Maxxzz, as first timers go, read as much as possible, you need to know what steroids are considered strong vs weak, then what is a steroid for mass vs cutting, and your gonna need test in almost every stack, your 41 not old by any-means but your test levels are dropping. Basic steroids to know are these: Testosterone, Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca), Anavar, Dbol. So, now do your homework look at those steroids, and learn about the basics first. Thats probably all you will ever need depending on your goals, health, lifestyle.
And just a testosterone only cycle will be great start and one I would always advise. 300mg - 400mg Test E, Best of luck, hope you get it worked out. Keep us posted,

Day 1 - 300mg
Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day

This is where I will disagree with MANY but not all. I don't believe in using any unnecessary substances. I would not run pct after a first cycle cause you don't know if you need it. Many MANY don't after a simple cycle.
If sperm count is an issue I would use 250mgs hcg 3Xs a week for the duration ofn the cycle and a month or so after. Other than that I would give my body a chance and see how quickly it recovers.

I know what your trying to say and yes first timers are generally ok without thorough pct and they bounce right back, I would much rather suggest 100% of everyone use pct even first time cyclers, even if 99% did not need to, why chance that 1% getting estrogen rebound, or being shutdown abnormally long, or the countless other problems that could arise

Sorry but PCT is every bit as important as the cycle when it comes to keeping your gains, and keeping side effects at a minimum.

Yea man I'm new here (kinda but not really) and I know most don't agree but that's cause they all start it and do it rt away. I lose almost nothing off cycle. Sorry but just the truth. Most lose cause of how they train and not cause of pct. They think they can train the same, same volume, same intensity, same frequency...and they can't-well they CAN but they will over train.
Dude BITD none of us did pct... and many held our gains. Its foolish to me to take any substance you don't need... do you take any other meds thinking "well I could need this"?

I agree with Presser, Monkey and Austin. I didn't do my first AAS cycle until I was 40, and there was not a lot of information out there like there is today. Nevertheless, I read everything I could for a year about AAS before I took the plunge. There is a lot of good info on this board. Keep us posted.

I would just run the clomid at 50mgs everyday for 4 weeks after your cycle.

its science brutha, lol, and no most dont lose cause how they train, they lose their gains because they didnt take proper precautions with their pct or during their cycle. When your Natural testosterone is shut down and your nuts are the size of raisins, you wanna get on some pct meds, the sooner you get ur natty test back the better, thats not even debatable bro, and im not here to argue with ya, if you choose to cycle and not use pct thats fine with me, but this guys new to all this stuff and yes proper post cycle therapy is a must to bring your natural test back up faster thus preventing as much loss of gains as possible, its just science brutha, FSH , and LH hormones, getting your nitrogen balance back in check, i mean theirs a list of reasons why its a must or at the very least much more beneficial then just doing nothing and stressing your body longer then need be to get its natural functions back up and running all the while your body and hormones are out of whack.

Im not one to come off like a know it all, and im pretty sure most guys here would agree with that statement, but to suggest to a newbie to steroids, he doesnt need to bother with pct meds is simply wrong, and again i dont even think its debatable....yet here I am, which amazes me in this day and age of information.

You CAN hold onto your muscle with real low rest levels-hell do everything rt and off cycle you can even GAIN with real low levels. I've done it.
Science has shown you can add muscle with real low levels also but hey.... no one cares about studies so ill just go on... you can keep saying "that's not even debatable" but that does not make it so. Yes you want to get your levels back uo BUT for most that have been in a reasonable cycle (like this guy is talking about... reasonable in duration I mean and not dose cause that's oretty much irrelevant in THIS discussion) they can recover just fine and pretty quick without adding un needed substances.

The first thing you need is a new trainer that isn't a complete douche!!! You know nothing of what tthese compounds can do to you in th long run, no idea what is used for what, what ancilliaries you'll need, what you'll need for pct, etc, etc!!!
Do you even want to run steroids or is your treaeiner just letting you know you need to?
What does the diet look like that he has you on?
Did he ask your goals before setting up a cycle?
Is said trainer also the local aas supplier?[

answer all those to the best of your knowledge/ability, then we will all throw in our two cents, aqnd probably keep you from getting scammed or arrested!
