Dp, I might compete again in the fall. I think there's another show in November. I'd like to add about 20 pounds to my competition weight though. Otherwise I'll do the same show again next year.
As for my diet Muraco I used a cyclical keto diet. I kept the carbs very low all week until Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning and afternoon. I carbed up on these days because I trained legs on Sunday. To carb up the last few days I ate oatmeal and sweet potatoes. Peanut butter and rice cakes on Friday and Saturday too.
I felt that I had a good amount of detail in my back, but you're right I'm definitely lacking width. That is one of the things I'm going to be focusing on now. Also, I lost alot in my legs during my dieting and cardio. I'm going to be giving them extra attention also.
