I have avoided the ezcurl because I had a stress fracture years ago from preacher curls. I have been using dumbells forever for all tricep exercises and just one cable move due to me working out at home. I used the ez bar for all my tri exercises and was it ever killer. Skull crushers, overhead tri presses, and reverse grip crushers. I also did close grip bench and I haven't had a pump like that in a long time.
