question for you guys bulking in the winter. how much fat do you put on? do you try to eat everything you can and not much worry about your waistline, or try to monitor your waistline while adding mass. in the past ive always done well to add 15 to 20 pounds with maybe an increase in 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch around my gut, most vets are telling me that i'm robbing myselft while on gear that i need to eat like a horse and not worry about my waistline, well, first week into my cycle and i have been eating hard and very clean (about 400g of protein, and 400g of carbs) and my weight is up from 212 to 219 in 5 days, but my waist is also up 1/2". at this rate over the next 10-12 weeks i'm sure i will gain a shit load of weight, but hell i'll gain several inches in my waist and be in 38 jeans. should i cut back a little in diet, or stay with it, what do you guys suggest. thanks
