Gotta be arms for me. Well, chest and back are good and I like legs too.
I like working them all but on arm day I look forward to the work out a little
more. (it's arm day and it was on my mind)
it used to be arms for me and it's always changing but right now it's chest and specifically the days I'm going big on the bench, it feels good when I'm done to have moved thousands of pounds
