I am taking 2x250mg test E and 2x200mg tren E jabs a week.
I am taking IGF1-lr3 (SOMEDIN-LR3) 200mcg 1 jab in the stomach every day, 1/4 of the vile (2ml water added to the vile, 1 vile = 4 days). I plan on doing this for 4 weeks, stop for 4 weeks, then again for 4 weeks. I've never used IGF before.
I am taking 1/2 tablet aromasin daily.

I jab the IGF before the largest meal (dinner) which is about 800 calories.
I wait about 1.5 hours before workout.

I've worked out twice now, strength is much better, but I am feeling like I will explode during the workout from a heat stroke or something. I also have some 'loose' poo after workout. I have thrown up after each workout, taking out most of the dinner and BCAA's. Then I throw cold water on my face and I am completely fine. I also noticed I am burning out after 1 hr instead of my usual 1.25-1.5 hours workout, maybe because I'm lifting heavier.

On non-training days, I still jab it before dinner, have no issues.

Is my body just getting used to it?

Ok will try half injection instead per day.
IS taking it before largest meal / before workout optimal?
I would keep everything the same but try the half injection. You don't want to change too many things at the same time, easier to track that way.

I have been on the routine above for 3 weeks now with no noticeable change to my body i.e. no real weight gain (0.5kg), some strength gain which went down after week 2, have 2 'lethargic' episodes of a 'wipeout' feeling, and more recently been getting random stomach aches, libido is still very low, but other than that I am fine. No acne, hair growth is similar, mood is good, etc. What is going on?

The best way to probably narrow it down is to get some bloodwork done. Something sounds out of whack

Testosterone, IGF, estrogen, prolactin, thyroid panel. Can never check too much if you have the money.

I know HGH converts T4 to T3 at a higher rate, not sure if IGF is similar to HGH in that aspect but if it is that could cause a crash.
