OK what the hell is the deal with these things??? They post this shit on health food stores and everything else , and it cant be real HCG bein sold from these places correct? so what the hell are they selling exactly?

some doctors offer hcg with b12 shots for the hcg diet but the tabs are bunk. The biggest thing I have read before about it is that you have to be on a 500 calorie diet a day. At that seriously low calorie diet no shit you are gonna lose weight. but the health food stores just trying to sell crap.
