I am having the worste time cutting up. I have always been a kinda fat guy. The lowest my body fat has everbeen was probably 18% and that was when I was 21. I am now 27 and really trying to get to that 8-10% area. I bet my bf is 25% right now. Anyway I have been dieting for a month or so now and have not really seen that good of improvements. I eat real clean on the weekdays but lose motivition on the weekends. Plus I just hate cardio. Can never get my ass up in the morning, I work at 7:00 am so cardio would have to be at like 5:00. I have been taking 40-80mg of Ephedra daily but when I take the 80 I cant sleep till late. Iwas thinking of using some sort of sleeping pill to help but I don't want to be taking apill to get up and one to go down. Help me out guys. I have been to this point so many times and not been able to go beyond I am begining to get frustrated.
