If so how much?

I also have a packet of Long IGF-1 R3 1.0mg What do I do with it? It appears to be a Jell..

yes, use bac water with hgh .keep in frig. never seen igf1 in gel form, only powder, or mc pre mixed that works very well, if powder you will need acetic acid to re constitute with,when ready to draw out for inj,do the igf 1 first into slin pin,then draw out some sodium cloride,double the igf1 amount ,makes for smooth shot,its ph balanced.

i always like to draw the bw into the pin first then the igf, just to be sure all the igf is out and none left in the pin after injection
