Test itself will raise RBC over time, and test should be the base of every cycle so the answer is no. However a moderate dose of test shouldn't raise it too rapidly. It's still good to donate every 8 weeks or so regardless because eventually it will catch up to you with continouous cycling.
The ones to watch out for are tren, and eq. They are known to bring it RBC up the fastest.
Anemia is the bases of most cycles being concerned about red blood cell count. I know this, Var, Winny, primo, Mast, Deca, NPP and dbol (low dose) does not elevate the red blood cell count. Deca and NPP actually raise the white blood cells.
Being anemic, I don't think that's wise. However if that's not the case, maybe that's the answer..don't know im not a Dr. lol
To be honest though it didn't work for me on an EQ cycle..still got the headaches and my red blood cell count was still high even after giving blood.
lol yeah a lt of top end guys will donate blood as soon as they can, and it is really good for you when you are always running stuff or running high levels, to the point to where I have heard people claim "life saver" when they talk about it, which I am assuming is a longevity sort of thing. I unfortunately have not given blood in a couple years, but I really need to.
Double blood is also an option. It takes out twice as many red blood cells and replaces the plasma. However, it also almost doubles the time that you are allowed to donate again. Platelets you can go much more often and is very effective at keeping RBC in range.
it's not really double whole blood, if you do the double it's double red blood cells like you said which helps eliminate some of that iron and drops your HGB & HCT. I personally donate every 8 weeks as allowed and try to stay pretty timely on it.
I feel like if you take breaks from gear it's especially beneficial as you are no longer contributing to the increased H&H count and can actually make some progress in dropping the #s
