some time of press (smythe front prs, or DB arnold press, hammer press) 2 warm ups, 3 working sets x 10-15 reps
DB laterals - Higher reps (15-20 reps) dont go super heavy, go for the feel and really get that pump and burn feeling - 3 sets x 15-20 reps
bent db laterals - 3 sets x 12-15 reps
Upright smythe rows or cable rope upright rows - - 3 sets x 15 reps
front raises with DB or barbell - 3 sets x 15-20 reps
I guess you could say I like higher reps
