how many reps for delts???

just curious. I guess im talking all heads here.... whats your workout look like???
 
some time of press (smythe front prs, or DB arnold press, hammer press) 2 warm ups, 3 working sets x 10-15 reps

DB laterals - Higher reps (15-20 reps) dont go super heavy, go for the feel and really get that pump and burn feeling - 3 sets x 15-20 reps

bent db laterals - 3 sets x 12-15 reps

Upright smythe rows or cable rope upright rows - - 3 sets x 15 reps

front raises with DB or barbell - 3 sets x 15-20 reps

I guess you could say I like higher reps
 
i do alot of rest pauses and down the rack sets now that i'm older but generally 8's are what i shoot for......
 
wow! you guys do a lot more than me. I usually only get about 8 to 9 sets in.

Yeah I love hitting delts...Today I did this routine...

cable one arm side laterals - 5 sets x 15 reps each. Last set was a drop set with 15 reps and 10 reps

DB side laterals - 3 x 20 reps...Went lighter after the cable movement and really focus on the pump...

Bent DB laterals - 3 x 15 reps

DB front raises - 3 x 15 reps

Icarian Front presses - 4 x 15-20 reps...

Very fast paced workout..took only 45 mins at the most ... hardly no rest inbetween sets...:D
