I've always been scared to run insulin, but a buddy of mine just started running it and he swears that it isn't that hard to run. He told me the key is to take 50g of carbs with the pin and then sip on an amino drink while training. I've also been told to keep either packets of sugar or gummy bears or some kind of sugar product on hand just in case. Outside of those tips, is there anything else to really know to keep things "safe." I'm going to look more into this, but thought some of you would have good first hand experience
