Has anyone heard of John Meadows training style, the MountainDog training program. Not sure what it really consist of, but I paid for his site, to read as much as I can. It has some very cool, info on diet, and training. But not sure on the whole idea around this program. I know he believes in lots of volume, with certain intensity sets. He has made up some cool exercises, and it seems to be somewhat effective...Just wanted to know if anyone has tried out the program for a full 12 weeks or more...
