Knots and Fever for days

Ok team I got one for you. I am no newbie to this game but I have had something going on for the last month that has me stumped.

Let me set it up for you. Since this virus mess I have only been running my TRT. 250 test 1x week.

3 Weeks ago = Injects in right delt. Next morning a know that ended up with my entire arm hard a a rock and huriting. I did everything to get it to go down.
2 Weeks ago - Warmed up the test before I injected and same thing happened. So now I am really scratching my head. This shit is hurting. Right arm just now feeling useful and now the left is jacked up.
1 week ago - Double checked everything, same protocol all new rigs, alcohol wipe, warmed up test.... injected in right glute.... bam next day same shit as before.

All of the above were from the same company and our of ampules and not a bottle.

Today is shot day and I am going with a different company and seeing what the outcome will be.

What do you guys think this could be?

You are going to need to describe the symptoms better. As in every detail. Did your arm change colors? What kind of pain? Does the pain radiate? Is it in one spot? Etc.

My arm did get a little red and so did my hip. The pain was localized to the actual spoke of the shot and on my left shoulder I could actual press with my thumb and the knot would leave an indention. If I tried to reach across my body with either arm it hurt. I am switching companies and will be take my shot in my leg today. Let's see how it goes.

no not hot to touch at all. Just hard. I did my shot last night, new brand and not one issues.

I swear the other stuff was like getting test flu every week.

I was thinking it was infected, but probably not if it's not hot

Who knows of what you might have hit below the surface, but since it happened 3 times. I would say it was a batch that had too much BA........who knows for sure. It is a batch to batch thing for me, but usually I have no issues with Test. When I do run across a batch I have issue with I try to 'cut' it with other oil based products.

I am sure that you however aren't looking for 3cc in the shoulder, but.................i could help reduce the PIP.

This is an easy answer I hope. I think that your shots were getting caught in the intradermal layer. That will cause the exact pain you are describing. That or either the company has a high EO content and you are allergic. Some people can't handle over 10% Ehtyl oleate. Also test prop that is dosed over 100mg/ mL will hurt in that manner. The dosing on your bottles could be underrated. Which means you got more bang for your buck. Doubtful it is the alc content. You could try injecting deeper and with a larger gauge needle for a while. And you can also dilute the said vial down a little with your choice of oil.

Also forgot to add that you can take NSAIDS for the inflammation. Rub the knots hard with mineral oil. Not too much though. You might poop yourself. Take hella hot bathes. That will help a lot. As well as a heating pad on the affected area. Really rub those knots out. It will kill at first but the pain will lessen.
