I feel pretty good about everything but even in my show in July my legs just didnt get the deep deep lines that Id liked , as my upper body and back did. Ive put 3 inches on my quads, they are now 27 inches. not huge of course but not bad for my body frame. . . and sure I'll lose more off dieting. My outter sweeps are decent but I have small joints. With that being said my tear drops just wont come out like I want them to. Any suggestions that you think will help ? Trainer got me to put feet higher on platform and closer and I feel a better pump. I kill legs extensions from 5 sets of 12 some days to high reps 50,40,30,20. Walking lunges, step ups, squats with wide stance, narrow stance. What do you all think????
