Diet, stress, sleep and vitamins are prety much what I normally do, haven't changed anything. It's only been a week so I'm not too worried about it yet, mostly just curious. I have some clen coming which will probably give me that little extra get up and go. The workouts I have seem pretty good, and my recovery has become amazing, it's usually just a matter of getting started, then things go well. Just seems like it's been a little harder getting started, that's all. But like I said I won't worry too much until it's been a couple of weeks anyway. Thanks all.
