hello im looking to for bulking and cutting chart for me with pct, im 33 years and working out for 10 years.need to gain muscle mass,guide plz
presser here are my stats..height 5;10,weight 73 kgs,I have around 14 percent body fat,i have used steroids befor but never completed the whole cycle because of inexperienced trainers and never used pct.now this time I want to be more organized determined to get the best shape of my life,kindly guide me what should I use and how,my goal is want to gain muscle mass and want to get ripped.and guide me about the pct too.thanks
i don't know what 73kgs equates to in terms of pounds, but 14% BF aint bad regardless, but i would know a lot more if i knew you pounds. And i know the best lean mass gainer that will pack muscle on while getting ripped and vascular for me would be Propionate 200mg EOD, Tren ace75 EOD, Winny50MG EOD, and IGF-1 lr3 DAILY AT 40-80 MCGS
I know that has worked wonders for me in the past when competing and I've read others say its their favorite as well. But its ultimately up to you brutha, what do you have access to, legal test scripts? or other stuff? if you name what you have available to you, I'm sure members can help put it together to help you do it right and not hurt yourself along the way like many people do
