honestly i didn't do aas for my comps and only to bulk up and just started again last summer thru fall and have been off again until last week.....i'm holding around 17-18% bodyfat if i'm being honest with myself but still very vascular in the delts, and arms......i just started cleaning up my diet....i've been eating like crap and just concentrating on getting enough protein and ingnoring calories and macros.....each week from 2 weeks ago forward i'll be cleaning up my diet (as now i'm getting used to eating on schedule instead of non stop all day since i'm working again) and will get strict just after thanksgiving give or take a cheat meal here or there....my goal is to come in as a middleweight and place top 3 at the 2010 NPC wisconsin and depending on how i do possibly another midwest regional show TBD.....i'm fortunate enough to have worked for and know ifbb pro quincy roberts who helped me in 96 and will ask for his help again this time
