ok guys its been awhile, but im back this year 100% focused and ready
last year wasnt a good year for me, relationships problems, family crap, job related issues, etc... I did one show literally for the hell of it. Took 5 out of 12 in the heavyweights. Only prepped for 12 weeks , lost the weight too fast and lost alot of muscle. This year i plan on my prep to be 18-22 weeks depending on which show i do.
starting out at 240-245 , i look ok. Back is super wide, shoulders are big as well as my chest. Hams need to come up and so does my sweep. My legs usually grow into the show pretty well. I hired Jason arntz in 2010 and between what he has taught me and what ive learned over the years i think im starting to understand my body much better than in the past.
Protein will be at 300 grams daily, carbs will be between 100-300 depending on day of week ( i find cycling my carbs benefits me the most) Salt will be added as needed, Fats will be added in later in the day when carbs are lowered and before bed. I have 3 different diets ive created , when i decide on which one im start on the 14th of this month ill post it up.

Traing reg is looking like this...
mon- chest, tris, calves
tues- back, bi's, abs
wens, calves, traps, cardio
thrus- legs to DEATH
friday- shoulders. abs
sat- cardio, calves
sun- cardio, abs
cardio will start at 30min the 1st week, 40min 2nd week - 6th week, 45-50 remainder

Starting supps will be:
900mgs of sus weekly
600mgs of deca weekly
50mg anadrol daily
at 14 weeks out i will add in 400mgs tren act weekly, 50mgs proviron daily
at 10 weeks out i will remove the sus and the deca and replace it with 700mgs test prop, 500mg masteron, and 1mg of dex everyother day
at 4 weeks out ill kick 1mg dex up to everyday
at 3 weeks out ill add 20mcgs nolva daily
