What are you guys finding to be your best outer bicep peak development exercises? I'm having a lot of trouble with development in this area.. I do a lot of hammers,inside grip curl but have not been doing a lot of concentration curls, wonder if this could be my issue.. Let's hear some different exercises so I can try them ;)
 
wide curls done with a barbell usually hits outsidethe best

i perfer using the lat pulldown bar and keeping the grip just outside the bend
 
Preacher bench curls are also great for getting that peak as well.
 
You guys go heavy or light/high rep? I've recently changed my entire routine to do 15-20 reps on everything as I was getting injured way too often with heavy weight. (2 hernia surgeries in a matter of 7 months) and so far it seems to be working out pretty well. I just need a ton of help on my bi's,tri's damn genetics are killing me.. bastards won't grow
 
I have to go mediocre with them since my right long head is torn, barbell curls are pretty painful for me but i still push through them just not crazy heavy. thats what has always worked best for me is What jon said straight wide curls.
 
Thanks guys, i'm going to really start changing up my grips and see over the next month or so what type of results I get.
