I eat even when I'm not hungry sometimes. It's kind of like "binge-ing" (how the heck do you spell that?) I guess - sometimes it's just this need to keep tasting food. Sometimes it's chocolate, sometimes salty foods. I'm sure that's a hormone thing.
That's cool. I don't over eat but I'd like to learn how. I only weigh 110 pounds but it's interesting that you say you eat more when you're bored or emotional.
Where I come from we don't have emotions, Drinking and smoking five packs a day has really helped me to not be bored or the other because we drink tell we don't feel feelings anymore. THey say you have to replace one habit with another.
