Potassium Citrate

It's supposed to buffer lactic acid far better than baking soda. I use baking soda quite often before a long cardio session and I must say it helps well in retarding the burning feeling you get from lactic acid buildup. So if this Potassium Citrate is better, I would like to give it a try. Anybody has experience with it?

Tnx SC, but I don't like buying from websites if I can just buy it in the pharma. Citrate seems to the form of potassium they use in my multi vit and min supplement, so I will check with the pharmacist if he can get it.
