I have a power lifter look going but want to have the shredded look. I have cleaned my diet up quiet a bit and it's working but I don't think my genes will cooperate with me. I have thought about added ala in 2.5-3 grams a day. Heard it can help. What other things could I do? I know I need to do more cardio. I always slack in that department. Another thing in high school I wrestle and was in great shape. I never had the shredded look then either. So am I doomed? My next cycle over the fall I want to bulk like no other. Just want to lose some more body fat before.
