Mine is not small either- but went to a doc that specializes in ED a year ago and injected this into the base as you said. He used a click needle so it was fast. Stung a bit- but indeed it made me super hard and big. So yes it does work...

I would be nervous using a regular needle on my junk..
This was mostly painless and very quick...

Alprostadil, also know as Caverject. Yeah, that stuff really works, I've used it myself. I don't know about claims that it'll make the penis grow though. The normal pin for this stuff is an insulin syringe (1/2" 29g or 30g) if you don't get the click needle. I like this stuff much better than cialis or viagra though.

It's main use is to make you hard. I've never heard that it makes the penis grow bigger. Yes, a pill is easier, but Caverject has minimal sides compared to Viagra or Cialis. No blurry vision or color changes, and no stuffiness in the nose either--well minimal stuffiness compared to the others. The nice thing about it is that it MAKES you hard and KEEPS you hard whereas with the pills you still have to have stimulation. The only thing that is difficult about it is that you have to inject it right into the penis.

There is a bodybuilder that I've posted about that (can't remember the name of the guy) actually used to use this stuff in his arms to make them bigger--as a site injection that caused localized growth like IGF does today. I've always wondered what happened when he did it. Alprostadil is a prostaglandin, but it is PGE-1 while the other prostaglandin that has been used for the same thing is PGF2a which also causes violent bowel movements. PGE-1 doesn't do that.

LOL! The bowel movements are caused by PGF2a, not PGE-1 (Caverject). The only real sides from Caverject are allergic reactions as far as I can tell.
