If I do barbell, I use the smith. I also tend to lean back when I use the free bar and anything over 135 my form starts to go. However on the smith I can get 245 up 6-8 times and dumbells I can do the 90's for 10. So I guess for me id say smith and db for military press
I use the tall bench when doing them. It's a much better form keeper when I seated db, because I can't lean due to the bench being to the top of my head. If I do bb, I like to use the smith, too, with the tall bench.
I do standing barbell press to take off the pec work. I like doing them, but it's often hard to find places to do them without hitting a bunch of shit. Just depends on the gym I guess
I do barbell on a smith also, but i prefer DB shoulder press. Male soyu twice as hard. Most I have done is 120lb dumbells for 8 reps with no spotter.....
