For me, it's the chest followed closely by back/lats. I actually don't like to take anything in the way of medications. I'll put up with the soreness 1) because it lets me know I hit the muscle hard, and 2) pain meds are known to interfere with building muscle. The only thing I do to make sure I recover quickly is sleep as well as possible and EAT!

My legs are always the sorest. When I hit them really hard I find it difficult to walk sometimes! LOL
me too bro and forget going up and down stairs... ugh. I actually had to turn around one day and go down the stairs backwards because it hurt so bad, i think next time I'll just sit down and go down on my ass

Legs. Thats funny, one time I had to back down the stairs. Or you go to step down
and your leg buckles. People think your a spaz. (nothing personal Irishpride)

I TOTALLY feel you on that one mike. Stairs suck so much after an intense leg workout! I used to drive box truck, I know you know that, but others reading this may not, and sometimes i had to use solely my upperbody to get in and out of the truck the next day. I knew those days what it was lke to be a parapelegic(sp?)

hahaha that's right. I rented an old beat up U-Haul truck that ended up being clutch and I had worked legs the day before... I had to practically stand up in order to get the clutch to engage. By the time I got to the house I was sweating and my leg was shaking. LOL

my shoulders have gotten sore maybe 5 times in my life.

my legs used to get real sore, but only now if I hit them hard after a week or two off. But I dont make that mistake anymore.

lately, my chest has been sore more. This used to never get sore either because my form was so bad. Now that its much better and slower, my chest hurts after almost every workouts. Even when on cycle ( which im usually never sore)

Ever since I started doing DC stretches for my legs, I have not had a problem with leg soreness.

I rarely have any soreness in my shoulders or bi's, but my back and tri's get it damn near every week. I like the soreness. It's a good indicator that I did my job in the gym :D

After making sure to do DC stretches after each exercise, my level of soreness has gone down a lot. I should have been doing that a long time ago.
