I first thought that Sust. EQ cycle was the way to go hit Sust. at 750 and EQ at 400 to 600 and I would be good to go....Then I started thinking about bloat I can't really afford to be very bloated because of lower back pains when I run and I got to keep up my speed.
So then I think hell Sust. Winny might be the way to go for me winny will help keep the bloat off and add some added strength....So am I thinking straight or am I just worried too much and do the Sust./EQ cycle?
